PfannkuchenGerman pancakes
    5 to 6 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  1/4 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 cup light cream
    1 cup milk
  1/4 cup butter, melted
Beat eggs thoroughly.  Mix all ingredients (except butter) for 3 to 5 minutes.  Add butter and mix well.  Cook on a hot saucepan until bubbly on top and brown on bottom.  Turn to brown other side.
Yield: 10 to 12 medium-sized pancakes
